All purchasers charged at 1% buyers fee and members are asked to sign a buyers agreement.  We will source property from various sources including other estate agents that may or may not be associates with Thomas & Rose.  We aim to operate a clear and transparant way of our buyers to be able to find the right property to meet their demands.  We also retain the right to receive a fee from the seller, if we are paid on both sides of the transaction we will disclose this to you and different members of our team will deal with each side in order to avoid conflict of interests.

On joining the Investors Club you will be required to complete an application form which asks what kind of investment you are looking for and set out our standard terms.  All investors are charged a one per cent buyers fee on reservation/offer.  Due to the time and work out into sourcing for each client, the number of clients we can accept are limited in each branch.
